How long does a property listing stay active?
Your property listing stays active until you sell or rent the property. There is no expiry date. Once your property is sold, contact us to remove the listing.
Can I list both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. You can list apartments, houses, villas, office spaces, shops, warehouses, plots, agricultural land, and all other property types. Each listing is ₹1,499.
How is the service Free plan different from Premium?
The Free plan shows your business name, address, 1 photo, and non-clickable phone/email. Premium at ₹1,499/year adds clickable phone, WhatsApp button, website link, verified badge, priority search, up to 6 photos, and your property listings linked under your profile.
Can my property listings appear under my service profile?
Yes. If you are a Premium service provider (agent, builder, etc.) and you also list properties, those properties will be displayed under your business profile page. This helps buyers see all your listings in one place.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI apps). After submitting your listing, you will see a QR code and UPI handle. Pay and share the screenshot on WhatsApp at +91 63807 67556 for instant confirmation.
Can I upgrade from Free to Premium later?
Yes. Your listing data is preserved. Contact us via WhatsApp, complete the payment, and we will activate all Premium features on your existing listing within 24 hours.
