We are not a real estate agent, broker, promoter, or intermediary as defined under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. We do not negotiate, facilitate, or participate in any property transaction, and we do not receive any commission, brokerage, or success fee from any sale or purchase. All enquiries made through this platform go directly to the respective promoter, builder, or seller.

Under the RERA Act, all real estate projects exceeding 500 sq.m of land or 8 apartments (inclusive of all phases) must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority before being advertised or sold. Registered projects display a RERA registration number, and the TNRERA portal shows the project's approvals, promoter details, and completion timeline. Projects below these thresholds may be legitimately exempt from registration.

If you find a listing that appears to violate these standards, please report it to us via WhatsApp or email and we will review it promptly.
